Slope Records announced today that they have signed Austin, Texas’s The Cocky Bitches for a duo set of upcoming releases.
First up from the band, which features guitarist Paul Leary from the Butthole Surfers and drummer Sam McCandless from Cold, as well the provocative Baroness on lead vocals.

First up from the band, which features guitarist Paul Leary from the Butthole Surfers and drummer Sam McCandless from Cold, as well the beautiful and intoxicating Baroness on lead vocals, is the TV’s OK 7” EP. Following TV’s OK will be their ten track LP, Mercy, and both records absolutely rule. Fans of the Butthole Surfers will want to tune in, turn on, and drop out when they slap these delicious slabs of beautifully noisy and rockin’ vinyl on their turntables.
